Three-tiered, Lean Six Sigma training curriculum is designed to cover the basics to the advanced concepts in Lean Six Sigma.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt is the first step into Lean Six Sigma training. In this 4-session virtual course you will follow the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) while learning the tools necessary to perform at a Yellow Belt level on a project team.
This course is suited to those just entering the Lean Six Sigma arena as well as those preparing for Yellow Belt certification.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This course teaches you the DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control) methodology using examples from across industries. You will learn to define improvement projects, serve on Black Belt teams or lead Green Belt teams in process improvement projects to satisfy the voice of the customer and reduce variation.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
If you have attended the ASQ Green Belt training, been certified as an ASQ Green Belt or received your training elsewhere but have proven project work this course is for you. It will enhance your skills and make you a more valuable contributor to any organization as a Black Belt. This course will use Minitab statistical software.
